My Super Fun Trip To L&D Yesterday

So yesterday I started to freak out because I hadn't felt little man move for over 24 hours. Seriously, not one movement, when usually he is super active all night long. I called my doctor's office, and the nurse said I should probably go in to labor and delivery and get it checked out. SO, I called my mom and asked her to watch D. She very kindly agreed. When I got to her house she asked if I'd like her to go along. I hate going to these things alone, and I was super nervous, so I said yes. We then drove 2 hours to the hospital. I got checked in, and laid down. They found the heartbeat immediately, which was a relief. Then they gave me some jello and water. I kid you not. 5 minutes after I drank the water and ate the jello the little poop started moving. I had all 10 of my kick counts in 10 minutes. Little brat lol. So I got to go home after they measured the heartbeat for a bit. While I was extremely relieved that it was a false alarm, the little weiner could have avoided that whole trip by moving... Just a little bit.

27 weeks!

 This is one of my favorites from my early maternity shoot yesterday, so I figured I'd use it instead of the regular bathroom pic :)

Maternity clothes? Yes. Mostly.
Stretch marks?  No new ones yet
Sleep:  comes and goes
Best moment this week: Pictures, and I ordered a new down comforter. I can't wait to get it! lol
Miss Anything? Sleeping on my stomach
Movement: A ton
Food cravings: um... soup
Anything making you queasy or sick: Prenatals with iron. Still can't do them.
Have you started to show yet: yes. 
Gender: boy
Labor Signs:  just braxton hicks
Symptoms: hip pain like crazy, heartburn, rib pain, small stomach
Belly Button in or out?  out
Wedding rings on or off?  I have it back on for now. The cold seems to have decreased the swelling
Happy or Moody most of the time: Pretty happy these days :)
Looking forward to: Buying the crib, getting my blanket... :)

Mr D's 4th Birthday

Today is my older son D's 4th birthday. We are having a dinosaur birthday party for him, and I am so excited! He is finally at the age where we can actually play games and do fun things! In honor of his birthday, I thought I would post some belly pics from my pregnancy with him :)
