Workout 5/4/13

75 squats holding 15lb baby
30 calf raises (10 foot straight, 10 toes pointed out, 10 toes pointed in) holding my 15lb baby
3 running fence jumps
approx. 1/4 mile jog
3 chin-ups
2 reverse pullups
dumbbell upright rows 12 10 8 reps (10lbs)
row/kickbacks 12 10 8 reps (15lbs)
side/front lateral raises 12 10 8 reps (first 4 10lbs the rest w/ 5lbs I have weak shoulders lol)
shoulder press 12 10 8 reps (10lbs)
curls 12 10 8 reps (20lbs)
dips 12 10 8 reps
back flies 12 10 8 reps (10lbs)
50 pushups
